ETHICAL CODE OF CONDUCT
Our Ethical Code of Conduct da Wiz was fully revised and validated by the Board of Directors in 2020, being one of the main pillars of our Integrity Program. It contains the main guidelines of what we expect about the behavior of our employees, as well as what we do not tolerate. In this same document, we reaffirm our commitment to fighting corruption, whether it’s public or private.
To facilitate the understanding of the Company’s internal rules and make their understanding more effective, we prepared the Compliance Primer, a document that presents the main rules of the Code of Ethical Conduct in a more didactic and objective way. We emphasize that the rules provided for in such documents are applicable to all employees, regardless of position.
In addition, we have internal policies related to specific topics, such as (i) hiring suppliers and third parties; (ii) donations and sponsorships; (iii) information security; (iv) Preventing and Combating Fraud and Corruption; (v) Preventing and Combating Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing, among others.

We provide our employees, shareholders, suppliers and the public with an exclusive channel for receiving complaints related to possible violations of the Ethical Code of Conduct or the Company’s internal policies, as well as illegal conduct committed by any of our employees.
Our Complaint Hotline is anonymous and managed by an independent company specialized in this type of service.
